Unless you have a big case Don't even bother At first yes it was very good constant calls and then my case worker Reyna started to ignore me. since she never reply to my questions I asked my sister if she can contact Her for me( since she was involved in the accident too) Reyna said to her: The insurance company has legally 3 years to give an answer to your case! so what is the purpose of having an attorney ?!!! if we are just gonna wait till they feel like paying!!we had the accident since oct...Now we are in Jun and I still have no reply from her.

I had requested a Power of attorney,( you can download from internet). Her office needed to write my name and my husband's. After sending the document back and forth with different mistakes for 4 times they finally got it. I cannot believe this law office was in the list of recommended lawyers from my Metlife legal services!!!. Please dont waste your time or money. Cannot imagen what would happen with serious matters!!!

Ms. Yoli was great. I highly recommend her if anyone need a maven to handle their accidents. I have nothing but the highest respect for her. She explained things to me very clearly and she also made sure she follow up with me to make things go a whole lot smoother. Ms.Yoli i want to thank you for your value.time.and hard work you did for me in this case...Thank you do much.

Ms. Yoli was professional and constantly checking in with us. She did an amazing job and was overall friendly, professional, and diligent. She made sure we got everything we needed and gave us constant updates on how everything was going.

One of the things I most appreciated was her continue communication. My son was in a very bad car wreck and we was referred to the Law office of Ms Young and our Case Manager is Ms Yoli and she work his case with diligence. She walk us though all the steps and what we need to do to get the best results. She went all the extra miles to see us though. I would recommend her.

We were in a collision in May of 2020. Yoli was our case manager and she went above and beyond for our case. I wasn't satisfied with our first clinic so she sent us to a new one she recommended right away. Always answered my calls even after hours when I had questions. Highly satisfied and would always recommend Yoli!

I was rear ended in March 03,2020. Emberlin was the case manger of my case I only heard from her once and that was at the beginning of my call, I do not recommend her. I was the one always calling to get updates on my case and she would never take my calls it was always voicemail or she was out of office and when I got the chance to talk to her which was properly 3 times she would stated there was still some medical records or bills missing that they were waiting on. So I then requesting a different person which was Bri she somewhat helped but really nothing got done my case seemed to never come to a closing case. I went over the reviews and seen how much everyone talked highly about Mrs.Yoli. Mind you the date today is now 01/14/2021. So I called the office and asked to speak to Mrs.Yoli. guys! She knows what she is doing and how to handle cases and her clients. I got informed so much about my case and pretty much got my case closed within less then 24hrs which mind you my case wasn’t needing much to close it and she got it done with me just speaking to her for a few minutes. I got a call back and everything .. I HIGHLY and can not stress it enough recommend Mrs.Yoli.
