Great overall firm! More than a few top attorneys working together, so you can go to them with anything.

I'd like to as best as possible explain my experiences with this firm. I have had to deal with some calamity in my life and Kent Hanszen wad there for me. My daughter got in trouble, and this firm came to my rescue! I had a biz partner screw me over and this firm protected/and attacked my attackers. SO I owe them a debt of gratitude. I'm very disappointed that "KK Marie" feels this way. We strive to treat all of our clients (and potential clients) like family to help them navigate their legal problems. Ultimately, we were not in a position to agree to represent this young lady. We wish her the best.

Mr. Cutler is the most unprofessional lawyer I’ve ever spoken to and I’m honestly surprised that he still has his license. During our phone consultation he literally cursed me out, questioned me and called me names, instead of doing his job as a LAWYER and helping my situation. I was also waiting on this phone consultation for 2 weeks before I had the chance to speak to him. I could have hired another lawyer weeks ago. Not to mention, I was referred to him so you’d think I’d get at least a little respect. Good luck to anyone to uses this company.

My mother and I visited this office for real estate legal counsel. We were told that we would receive a call the following week on Monday. Nothing. I called Wednesday afternoon to see what was going on, and I was told that the attorney hadn't had the opportunity to see the notes regarding my mother's case. Until the following week I received a call from the attorneys assistant who by the way was very nice to me. She let me know that in order to schedule a meeting with the attorney I had to pay a 7,500.00 retainer fee. That was it. I've had legal counsel in the past and both attorneys only required a 500.00 deposit and 250.00 was refundible if I chose to switch attorneys. Not to mention that scheduling was a breeze, and both firms had incredibly inviting staff. I'm sure Hanszen Laporte LLP provides great legal representation, but they might benefit from having a friendly in person staff and maybe have a more ethical approach towards future clients.
