Adicionalmente, la abogada Olsa nos ayudo con el tramite de solicitud de tarjeta de residencia para un familiar y tambien nos ayudo con el tramite del TPS para otro caso. We contacted Olsa after a family friend was detained at the airport. Our friend was going on five days of detention and we did not know anything about the situation except for the location of the detention facility. During a late afternoon appointment we discussed our concerns with Olsa who assured us that she would find out what is going on. In less than two hours she emailed us with information from ICE and explained the situation. An incredibly quick response that eased our concerns. I personally did not know how hard and stressful the citizenship process was until I met my wife.
