Mi esposa y yo, llegamos a la oficina del abogado Méndez por Radio Aleyuya después de haber renovado el permiso de DACA un par de veces con otro abogado local. En cuanto conseguimos los fondos para comenzar el proceso de Ajuste de Estatus, quisimos averiguar donde nos convendría mas comenzar el proceso, e inmediatamente se nos hizo claro que procederíamos con el abogado Mendez. El caso se nos hizo menos estresante debido a el conocimiento del abogado Méndez, pero en especial debido el conocimiento y apoyo de nuestra asistente legal, Carolina. Mientras se encontrara disponible, Carolina nos respondía completamente cada una de las preguntas que le hacíamos, con la mejor y más completa respuesta posible y disponible. Se nos proporcionó más que la asistencia legal durante la “vida” del caso. Se nos brindó el apoyo hospitable, tal cual es de igual o aun más importancia, y nos sentimos muy satisfechos con los servíos de la oficina del abogado Méndez.

Quiero agradecer al grupo del abogado Méndez por ayudar en todo el proceso hacia mi residencia un proceso de que fue bastante complicado, pero tiene un gran colectivo de trabajo en especial a la señorita Carolina todo salió muy bien muchas gracias y bendiciones para ese gran grupo .

She gave my family time. Heard our story. With a very little time we had, she got it done. My father trust her work ethic because he knows her effort is real, and when your work is 100 percent it’ll always work out in the end.

Giving this office one star just because they got done what we hired them for, but that's still saying a lot. Hired them for my mother's divorce--which was super simple, no kids, no common property, my dad was completely cooperative. However, the assistant that was working on the case filed a document she had falsified--photo shopped a signature on it and notarized it as if my mother had signed it in front of her. The only reason I realized this was bc I am somewhat familiar with the court's website and was checking on her case because the assistant wasn't communicating with me. So, when I logged on, I noticed that they had mistakenly filed a document for one of their other cases for my mom's case. When I reached out about it to her, she never responded, but re-filed the falsified document--I realized that days later. When I brought this up to the attorneys, including the owner, they apologized and made excuses, which were unacceptable. We had been completely cooperative the entire time, so there was no excuse for what happened. As far as I know, most attorneys double-check their assistant's work, or at least should. They only filed the correct document bc I asked them to because I did not want my mother's case to be completed in the wrong way. Also, the only reason we knew my mother's divorce was done was because I checked online for it, and I was the one that let them know (it had been done the week before). When I followed up with the attorney, the response I received was basically, "Ok, you can go purchase a copy at court." She also gave me the wrong fee for it (seriously?). They are very lucky I am not a raging Karen, otherwise, they would all be disbarred and this office would not exist. I can only imagine what they are doing to their other clients that are not computer or internet savvy. I thought paying them what we did would be worth the work, but what they did was only worth one hour of work at minimum wage. Moral of the story, if you hire them, make sure you're attentive to the work and that they're being ethical about it. My suggestion is don't hire them.
