I hired Mr. Golebiowski’s law firm to handle an issue with my apartment complex. The complex had been an issue since they went under new management. (Break ins, police calls, negligent office staff and maintenance. He took over and handled all communication with them and got me out of my lease with no additional fees or payments. 10/10 in communication and service

We hired Mike to probate my mothers will as muniment of title in Harris County. The Will was signed in the wrong place and needed to be proven up with the judge in court. Mike handled the whole process smoothly and thus got the Will admitted to probate. As a result, I was able to transfer title to my mom’s house to myself without any issues. We are thankful for Mike’s vast knowledge in our time of need. I would recommend him to anyone that needs assistance in probate or real estate matters.

I would not recommend their title services to anyone. We did a closing with them a few weeks ago and they completely messed up the heirship affidavits needed on title. They did not get signatures from all of the heirs and now other people still have interest in the property. Completely negligent and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM.

Monica was very helpful. The last will we had was in 1987. She updated the will and provided a Power of Attorney, a Medical Power of Attorney, a HIPPA release & Authorization, Directives to Physicians, and a Disposition of Remains. She was very patient and very thorough. I would highly recommend her. It gives my husband and I great peace of mind knowing all of this has been handled.
