I had a lot questions and I was clueless how bankruptcy worked. Was it an option for me? Patrick took the time to explain everything to me. Best decision I made moving forward using his service. Mr. Gilpin has a 5 star rating for a reason. I went through the experience of have other attorneys saying I did not qualify for Bankruptcy and suggested an even more costly repayment plan. Mr. Gilpin actually found that I did qualify and was very straight forward and explained each and every detailed step throughout the ENTIRE process. I never once had to wait until he was available and he always returned my calls within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend you go with him. He gives you the information needed and as long as you do what is needed of you the man can work it out for you. From the filing process all the way through the nerve wrecking court hearing he will be there along with you. Again...the 5 star ratings are here for a reason...

After being diagnosed with an illness that made treatment a priority and everything else fall by the wayside, I had difficulty keeping up with my financial commitments. Patrick Gilpin Jr in my opinion needs more than a 5.0 rating! I did a review 4 years ago during the beginning of the whole process of our bankruptcy, but I just had to do another one because this man went above and beyond for us! We never had a communication problem and never had to go in between people to reach him because he answered his phone and or text whenever we needed him. Most Lawyers won't be as personable as Patrick was and if we ever had a question or a problem, he would always be there to talk to us on the phone and had our backs no matter what. Patrick helped me file for chapter 13 and it went seamlessly. UPDATE: Attorney Gilpin was able to get both of my cases dismissed! I would highly recommend him! I have been working with Gilpin Law Firm for about a year and a half now. Patrick has been representing me on two different cases. He is always very professional and patient when it comes to any questions you might have. I have never had any problems with staff when calling and my messages are always returned. He takes the time to explain your options and make sure you fully understand him.
