UPDATE: Attorney Gilpin was able to get both of my cases dismissed! I would highly recommend him! I have been working with Gilpin Law Firm for about a year and a half now. Patrick has been representing me on two different cases. He is always very professional and patient when it comes to any questions you might have. I have never had any problems with staff when calling and my messages are always returned. He takes the time to explain your options and make sure you fully understand him. Which is extremely help as I have suffered a brain injury during this process. Attorney Gilpin was able to get one of cases dismissed. Monica was very courteous and helpful. The first consultation was over zoom since I don't live in Houston, and I felt like she prepared me for what to expect and answered all my questions. Then I continued to bug her with questions and making changes to the documents for quite a few months, but she always answered quickly without making me feel like a nuisance! I did catch occasional typos but as you would with any important document you should review them thoroughly and carefully, and Monica always helped me do that. The person who answers her phone is extremely courteous as well. Overall they made the experience of estate planning less stressful and I would recommend her.
