Mr. McCarty was incredibly professional, direct and very fast in preparing documents for my wife and I. He was very personable and made us feel like her was preparing documents as if we were a part of his family. We highly recommend him.

He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He put our will together in a timely manner and was happy to answer any questions we had. When we went into his office to sign documents, it was less than ten minutes. Efficient and covid safe.

First time my wife and I using an attorney for our estate planning and didn't know what to expect. Daniel McCarty was easy to work with and handheld us throughout the whole process. He is definitely a full service attorney for his clients and very responsive to emails and calls. He works directly with his clients from start to finish and no assistant was ever involved. I will definitely refer Mr. McCarty to anyone that need his services.

Not responsive. I had called them 1 month back regarding Estate planning. The attorney spoke to me, took some details and asked me to send some more details via email which I did right away. After that there was not response - even after multiple email and phone call followups. If they are busy and cannot take clients need to be upfront and not waste the client's time.

I went to Mr. McCarty with what was supposed to be a quick and easy divorce. It turned out to be a lengthy process, but he did everything possible to move things along. He was professional, resonsive to my needs, and protected my interests in the case. A friend of mine recommended him to me, and I'm glad she did.

Mr. McCarty was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided great communication. Mr. McCarty helped me with my Estate Planning documents, specifically the Last Will and Testament, Medical Power is Attorney, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, and the Directive to Physician. He and was very responsive to any questions I had and also gave good recommendations if I was unsure of anything. Highly recommend him.
