A big thank you to the Gonzalez Law group on helping me with my personal injury claim. Mathew Quiroz (My attorney) and his team of very professional paralegals (Edith) did an amazing job. Would recommend them 100 percent!

To be brief: Terrible law firm with very inefficient service line. If I was to pick a phrase to describe my experience/interaction with Gonzalez Law Group it would be "unaccountable". I honestly would never recommend them to someone. Communication has been inefficient for the whole process unless it had to do with them requesting their pay. Really wish there was 0 out of 5 star option. Edit: in response to the firm's response below, I have brought this issue multiple times to your staff of how uncommunicative they were throughout the process. As mentioned earlier, the ONLY efficient communication with the staff was when they were asking for their pay. Also in response to you making this sound like a positive note... yes you were hired in March, but when was the application filed? How many months of work was lost in the process due to your staff taking their time? How about the misinformation within the initial consultation which resulted in the hiring process? "A text without a context is a pretext." As stated above, they are unaccountable and would not recommend them to anyone.

I scheduled the first free virtual consultation because I’m out of the state and they didn’t call me.I called back they said I have to pay $100 because I didn’t show up!!!! Excuse me I’m not in Houston That means they didn’t listen to me at the first point so how will I hire them to handle my case
