DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ESPECIALLY YOUR MONEY!!!!! I filed child support on myself in 2022, the case was dismissed after an attorney was hired by my ex and the proper channels were not taken. I tried to fight for my children on my own but quickly realized that the corrupt court system we have, that was impossible. I hired this firm in middle of March 2024, I expressed my concerns about the opposing counsel trying to use a Mediation agreement from the dismissed case. I don't know the law which is why I hired this law firm. It was said to me that they will handle everything. Well after several court resets from the opposing counsel, I was told by my attorney after 4 months and over $5,000 that we need to go to mediation. At this point I was irritated since my children were still being denied to me. The incompetence of this law firm is out of this world. Why did it take from March to July to tell me we have to go to mediation? After this I had had enough!!! August 10th, I terminated services with them. I was told the last invoice will be taken care of by my $3500 retainer. After several weeks and messages left without a call back; On 9/20/2024, I had to go in person to speak to someone. I was told that they have not been taken off my case yet, waiting on the A.G. to sign off on that. So that tells me that my retainer will be $0 by the time everything is over. I went to mediation alone without counsel and won, I now have my children again after 3 1/2 years. Over $8,000 that this law firm has taken from me for what, what did they actually do to help me get possession of my children. It is a disgrace to treat people like this, especially a Veteran!!! Be cautious on hiring this law firm.

Horrible experience, Changed prices from $1,000 to $2,400 within a week. Horrible representation, had no update about my case until the day of court case. Even on the day of the court, I was clueless, until about 5 minutes before we spoke to the judge. I questioned the price change, the employees had no response & ran me out of the office. I can't in good faith recommend this Law Group to anyone.

Gonzalez law handled all my medical as well as dealing with my injuries and the insurance company! I highly recommend them. Thanks again Gonzalez law

Out 14K she was put on child support and had to pay 6K in attorneys fees. I haven’t seen a penny. They spout about making use best of your time. I didn’t see that with my case had 3 different attorneys one wasted a bunch of my time and and cost me a lot of money.

At first I wasn’t really sure about coming and doing business with The Gonzalez Law Group, But it was I’m very excited that I did because from the beginning till the end they were very in detail about everything and very friendly Ann each time I would reach out to them there was no hesitation in what I would ask and if they didn’t know they ground the answer. I would recommend them to anyone

Honestly, they initially made me confident on my case. Until there was very little communication and I was lied to about a couple of details. Only found out once I saw my invoice. I paid the invoice then called and left a message to see when I would get the retainer back and if my case was closed. I received a call back to ask me what my call was about. I told them again I wanted to know when my retainer would be returned and if my case was closed. I was told I would need another call back. Now received an invoice for the waisted time. Also got charged for them reviewing my case again and readjusting.I received a text message that the attorney wanted to speak to. No information given. I’m not spending another dime to waste my time. This is the text I received this text on 8/6. Let’s see if I get charged for this message. I told them if it’s not a free call I’m not wasting my time anymore. I will update with the invoice if I get one. I really hope not though. There was no attempt to close anything out by anyone. Not a single call, email, no voicemail. All the ridiculous charges and no mention of any of closing my case anywhere. The last time I heard anything was June 29th. I sent a message on the portal on these days: June 29th - not response July 4th - resent message - no response July 9th - re-sent original message- no response. Aug 17th- notified that a check with my retainer would start to process in a process of a check after I got charge another of $163 and some change to close out my case. Aug 26th - as I am waiting for my check and no one ever seems to be ever be available it’s very nice to see employees smile down as they walk with their faces to their phones. I’ve only received useless invoices since then and the text message below.
