Staff is friendly. Wish the team actually reviewed documents emailed or provided to them prior to committing to final settlement. It may have generated follow up questions to resolve issue/concerns. In the end they did they job, Thank you team

I was unfortunate enough to experience my very first car accident. As one might imagine, this can be a very stressful situation, and at the time of impact, a very confusing one at that. Thankfully, I was recommended to the Gonzalez Law Group and they made sure I got the medical diagnosis and treatment I needed and also made sure that I was recompensed for the accident as it was no fault of my own. Called this place and within first 60 seconds decided against doing business with them. Receptionist sounded lazy AF when she answered the phone, and said it was $100 consultation fee to answer basic questions. No thanks Lol
