David Rodriguez was our immigration attorney and he was honest, detailed, and really fought for our case. Attorney Rodriguez was meticulous in case strategy. He was communicative and very passionate. He tried everything in my case. My husband’s not only was released, but he didn’t have to pay bond and his case was dismissed. Now we hired the immigration team to get him his residence. Thank you for keeping our family together and working efficiently for the best result. We went to another attorney and she laughed, didn’t believe that my husband would be released. Attorney Rodriguez and paralegal Jessica found a way. We recommend this team.

I went to this law firm looking for help and answers, well i got answers for sure, and the lady attorney was very informative, knowledgeable and engaging.. but she made me feel like she was acting as a prosecutor against me at times.. My wife and I could perceive her passive aggressive attitude aimed at me during our conversation with my wife.. I would not recommend this law firm for certain cases but many others they are probably better at but i will definitely not be back for anything in the foreseeable future . (side note: she said she would call me back by Friday and she herself never called me back, I received a few calls asking if I was still interested and I was still waiting for my promised call, but they did not reach out to me until the next following Monday after, a week after when she said that SHE would call.. They might have attorneys who are better at attracting new clients but my experience with her was very poor and uncomfortable, wish it would have been more positive for my wife and I.

Called in for advice and consultation, filed out all questions and submitted it with facts and $ amount. They called back and collected 100$ for a phone consultation. Then told me that my claim was the same amount as their retainer. This could have been informed when I informed them of the amount vs charging the consult fee, and talking 5 min then tell me that.

No recomiendo este lugar son unos estafadores . Te hablan bonito para que firmes contrato con ellos . En mi caso la Abogada Britney no estaba nada familiarizada con mi caso . Quedó de llegar a las 8:30 llegó pasado las 9 . Ella parecía la abogada de mi esposo y no la mía . No me defendió en lo absoluto no fue clara no lucho por mi . Yo había pedido a alguien con experiencia la chica es nueva . Ella no me aconsejo en nada no estaba nada preparada . Luego de la audiencia yo llamaba por información y por cosas que se quedaron las cuales no se cumplieron y ella su respuesta era trate de comunicarme con el otro abogado pero no responde . O simplemente te devolverá la llamada y nunca llama. La verdad que decepción trabaje muy duro para pagar el depósito de 3500 me llega una factura de casé 6000 dólares q no pagaré por q ellos no hicieron nada en lo absoluto . Ella tenía cosas para defenderme pero prefiero callar i simplemente trabajar para el otro lado . Un buen abogado te defiende y lucha por ti no te deja solo en la boca del lobo. No vengan aquí . Yo ley reseñas parecidas a esta y no hice caso por el apuro de q alguien me defendiera y en realidad loq hice fue perder. I do not recommend this place, they are scammers. They talk nice to you so that you sign a contract with them. In my case, Attorney Britney was not familiar with my case at all. She was supposed to arrive at 8:30, she arrived after 9. She seemed like my husband's lawyer and not mine. She didn't defend me at all, she wasn't clear, she didn't fight for me. I had asked someone with experience, the girl is new. She didn't advise me on anything, she wasn't prepared at all. After the hearing I called for information and for things that were left that were not fulfilled and her response was to try to contact the other lawyer but he did not respond. Or she'll just call you back and she never calls. The truth is that I was disappointed, I worked very hard to pay the deposit of 3,500 and I received an invoice for 6,000 dollars that I will not pay because they did nothing at all. She had things to defend me but she preferred to call me just working for the other side. A good lawyer defends you and fights for you, he does not leave you alone in the den of the wolf. Don't come here. I read reviews similar to this one and I ignored it because I was in a hurry to have someone defend me and in reality what I did was lose.
