Luis Torres is one of the most unprofessional so call lawyer, false promises he made to my wife regarding one of my children case.. all he was doing was reading email from the other party and not communicating with us about the case.. he was just concern about the payment.. we went to his office on 8/31/2020 to meet up with him I understand we were a Little late but he didn’t even had the curtesy to see us or talk to us se we left his office after an hour wait. Luis Torres decides to call us angry threatening my wife if we don’t pay by Friday he was going to send us to collection but we don’t have any problem making a payment we just wanted communication and see what the progress was and he didn’t provide that to us ,he was just rude and unprofessional. on 10/07/2020 they are charging late fees now for not paying this fools. they have not done anything for us at all Worst experience

We would like to thank the Law Group, we had a very unfair and false accusation. We were very worried but GLG helped us out, it was a lot team work and several meetings. The case was dismissed by the grand jury and my record will not the record will not be tarnished. Thank you!

I worked at The Gonzalez Law Group for a month and a half as a Call Center Intake Specialist. After 3 weeks, it was brought to my attention that I was not using the “proper” greeting. I restated my greeting to the manager and was only switching two words around. That same week, I was told to remove a piercing that was not in good taste to the manager in charge. I explained to her that I had previously asked the supervisor if it was okay that I wore it and she said yes. I even confirmed it was okay according to the employees manual. The manager begrudgingly told me to remove it exclaiming that she didn’t care what the supervisor said and that what’s she said goes, so I did. At the end of the week she called me to her office and asked me to sign two formal write ups for the incidents above. I received no warnings whatsoever and was immediately reprimanded having only worked there for a month. After these events it seemed like the manager had it out for me. The last straw was when I was called to attention for not answering calls on the first ring. Other employees did the same but I was the only one being noticed and felt as if I was being targeted since my first run in with the manager. The turnover rate is very high, during my time here 7 people quit the firm. The employees are always gossiping and not attentive to their jobs, if you’re not liked by the group then you will be targeted and will find any reason to write you up.
