i went to gonzales because the google review was so great. after going through the lawgroup, I really wonder why they have so many reviews compare to the other law groups and all the reviews are 5 starts and talking about one specific lawyers. To start off, I went to the office and asked the lawyer whether she can handle my case or not and she said she can do it. so i signed the contract and later found out she was no longer working with the gonzales. I had different lawyer and we had back and forth communication because of a certain document. after wasting several hundred dollars just to figure out wether she can do it, i was told they cannot do it and have to hire other lawyer. So i told them i'll do it. and i did it my self. again, after wasting several hundred dollars just for the email communication. When i got some of the documents from the laywer, the address was completely different so i had to edit it to myself. other wise if i asked the lawyer to fix that info, i would have gotten charged another who knows how much for fixing their error. There are so many other stuff that I made frustrated. over all in my experience, some part was very unprofessional, and made me regret why did i picked this law group. They definitely overcharge... I'm giving 1 start because i don't want people like me go to this law group because of the number of 5 star reviews. I still question wether all of those reviews are real. if it is thats great, but if not, i don't want other people have headache and anxiety like me because of this law group.
