Eric Dick is a hardworking compassionate lawyer. He understand what its like to.be a day to day person just trying to make it. He is definitely a fighter for the little guy. Travelers insurance took my money for twenty something years. You know they would have canceled my policy if I paid them late for any reason. We had bad storms in Houston. These storms really did a number on my roof. I made a claim with Travelers insurance. They came and looked and my roof and said that the damage was old! I was like OMG. If it is old damage I had insurance with you. You should pay for it because it got damaged when I had insurance with you. You collected my premiums and don't want to pay anything. I hired Eric Dick and he sued Travelers. They fought and fought and fought and fought. They finally pay my claim and his attorney fees. Thank you so much!!!!

In April my house was hit with a freak hail storm that busted my windows and damaged my roof. My insurance company, Cypress, thought that only a portion of my roof should be replaced. Eric Dick was hired to help me make Cypress pay for valid hail damage to my roof caused by storms. After much fighting, Cypress paid for all my damages and paid for Eric Dick's attorney fees.

Dick law firm helped me with my denied life insurance claim. My husband passed away and what made matters worse was that my insurance company didn't want to pay the policy. I found Attorney Eric Dick by looking through the interenet. He helped with my claim against Safeco. Safeco didnt wanna pay to fix my roof. They said it was not covered. I was in such a jam when an accidental fire burned my grain store that was in my business for years. Althiugh I had coverage, they tried, as my nephew would say "work me". Delta Lloyds denied my claim but told Texas Department of Insurance that they were going to pay it. Eric Dick made them pay my claim in full and his attorney fees.

My roof stated leaking from a hailstorm we had last year. I contacted my insurance company and they were no help. They said that there was no damage and denied my claim. Eric Dick sued them and they paid my claim. My home no longer leaks. Finally!
