UPDATE: AVOID AT ALL COST!! Im still waiting on my medical records to be sent to them. I however work in that field and I know it does not take that long. They allegedly claim they have been waiting on my records since May 2023. I understand things take time but this is ridiculous. They don’t care about you at all and your case worker changes all the time. No phone calls at all and I have to constantly contact them to find out what’s going on with my case. My accident happened December 2022. It’s now April 2024!! Again save yourself the trouble please!! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LAW FIRM! AVOID THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL COST!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!If I could give no stars I would. Communication is HORRIBLE! No one wants to explain anything. Someone named Angela,who was not even working on my case, was told to contact me about bills and when I asked questions she stated “I didn’t work on your case so idk…” could you find out or direct me to someone who can. Angela Johnson is very rude and nice nasty. You want know what’s really going on with your case unless you constantly call and bug them. They don’t like to answer phones. It’s been almost a year since I had my car accident and they claim they don’t have my hospital bills yet, the hospital sends me a bill every month like clock work. I called the hospital and my bills were released to the law firm months ago. Save yourself the trouble.

Hello this has been a journey and I can truly say this company been with me every step of the way I love how you stay in contact and keep me in the loop but the one particular individual I would like to mention because he took control over my case at close to the finish but his service has been phenomenal Mr. Daniel Cutright such people skills and kno how to follow up , thanks again
