I spoke with Krenacia Walker 2day she was very knowledgeable about my case and explained what was going on what to expect next very helpful thank you.

This is the most unprofessional place that I have ever dealt with I was supposed to receive my check last week and its already another week has passed and still no check this is bad business I will not recommend anyone to go here for service they are terrible at keeping you up to date on your case if you don't call they won't call you period!!

The communication is HORRIBLE, they say they will return calls, but that's not the case. They never reach out, I ALWAYS had to make contact with them. (Makes you feel like you're chasing them.)

I am very pleased , I got into an accident in February and they are working on my case now!

Always use always quick

Absolutely dreadful communication. Still have my cases open. I have had 3 difference case managers. Couldn't get a hold of a single one. Now I can't even get a hold of my attorney. They say they will reach out to you by X time, but they never do. You will ALWAYS be the one trying to reach out. And to no avail at that. Also, your case will be all over the place with poor management of information.

My attorney Daniel cutright has been phenomenal handling my case. Any questions or concerns are handled swiftly and articulated for anyone to understand. The level of care for my injuries have been above expectations!

This is a great law firm they're willing to help that go to bat for you,I truly believe they going to help me and give me a good settlement that I need for all my pain and suffering thank you guys at the law firm. DO NOT!!!! DO NOT use this attorney for any accident! They lack communication and have no intention to help you… even after you have retained a competent attorney they will send you a letter stating they are entitled to a payout of your settlement.

Not too happy right now..... Had an accident in June 2023 where I was rear ended by 2 vehicles. Went to doctors and chiropractor and was told I needed a epidural steroid injection, however, it was stated the cost was too high and they wouldn't pay for it.... Negotiations went from a horrible offer to a ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW offer, to me basically being told I have to settle because the at fault driver insurance is not going to offer any more. While it's only been 4 weeks from accepting, I called and emailed to see how much longer it would take for check since I lost job and these storms/tornadoes causing more damage and me having to spend money, only to find out the person I have been dealing with is not there. No call, no email, NOTHING....... Have enough going on and it keeps coming. Brandy M. Paschal was the only individual that stayed in constant contact and tried to help as much as she could.
