handled my case wonderfully

Christina is a lawyer or representative at Godsey and Martin who is very unprofessional. I recommended this law firm to several of my Teacher friends and they all had a great experience. My new friend, that I recommended is foreign and may not understand or communicate well. She lied to him about her efforts to get him a larger settlement. Do Not use Christina as your attorney because she doesn’t fight for your money and she talks to you like you are dumb about the legal process.

I really appreciate Maria Barajas of Godsey Martin Law Firm. She's an Excellent Client Service Manager and is very responsive, and also informative during the process.

Laura Martinez is my case manager I've only talked to her twice ...left her plenty of messages and emailed her we'll see how it goes ...my case started in February 2020 and I got hit with an 18-wheeler and wants and its covid-19 there's... no excuses to get a call back... there are at home they should be working and and giving you a call back in responding to their emails and this is a very winnable case.....we shall see i will be giving a update every month

After being in a car accident, I immediately contacted the Godsey Martin Law Firm. My initial conversation was with Mathew Usoro; he was able to put me at ease as he thoroughly explained the process involved to get my case started and resolved. Mathew has exceeded my expectations as he has been in contact with me every step of the way. He has followed up with me to check on my health and whether or not I have any further questions. Once my case was transferred to negotiations team, I stopped receiving regular updates about my case. I patiently waited a few months for an update before I reached out to Mathew. He immediately documented my concern and informed me to patiently wait for a call from someone in the negotiations department. To my surprise, I received a call from Linda Abney about an hour later. Although I was initially upset about the circumstance surrounding my case, Linda was very patient in listening to me and fully explaining the negotiation process from beginning to end, and she provided valuable details on why there was a delay in my case. I was hit by a uninsured driver we who did not have a drivers license. I contacted Godsey Martin the next day and they were very responsive and professional. Kennedy was my case manager and she kept in contact with me every week .. whenever she couldn’t reach me via phone call while I was at work, she would text men to sort things out ..she made things very easy and explained the entire process very well. I was able to go to a chiropractor the same week and I began to start feeling better after a few weeks of treatment. My negotiator, Nik, helped me get a very nice settlement and my attorney Mr. Sheppard did a great job with concluding my case. I can’t thank them all enough.

I want to thank Shardé Marks for finally getting my case on the right track to get it on over with. I have been dealing with this for 2 long years and I am just glad to it over. The whole experience itself was just awful but she was great and they are lucky to have her. She has great things that lay ahead of her.
