I decided to read the reviews after none of my phone calls and emails have been returned in the last 2 months. I do not understand what is going on with this firm. My case has been with them for the last 3 years. The case changes hands constantly. I always have to reach out to them and they always give me the same story... I am so frustrated with this firm it's sad. My niece's case was closed without any payout. They told her all the money went to therapy. I'm afraid they are going to do me the same way because they are not answering calls or emails. I think 3 plus years is long enough for a case to be settled. They will always tell you they are working on another case or the attorney is not available. The thing is they aren't waiting on anything from the other party, everything they have told me they are waiting on happens in house. If you choose them you will receive voicemail after voicemail and unanswered email after email. I'm broke, scared and completely discouraged. I put all my trust in this firm. I do not like having to write this review but I want to be honest with others who may seek assistance from them. I would suggest you look elsewhere.

I was referred by my cousin Ronnie Harris to use there law firm. They helped me and my family recover from our injuries and was there to assist in any and all things we needed Dakota Mosley was amazing and always answered my questions. Ronnie Harris my family has by far the best customer service out there! Him and the firm went the distance to make sure we were taken care of in every aspect from the case managers to the attorney to my own family member you guys lived up to your reputation we are pleased and me and my family thank you. I had a great experience with my law firm..Godsey and Martin...This firm settled my case in very timely manner and really fought hard for me...I will highly recommend this firm!!! I want to give a special thanks to Jenny Cruz, Sandra Blaze and Yesenia Olivas who worked closely with me and were very helpful and was always treated me with professionalism.

I had high hopes in this company at first. Here I am 1 year & 2 months later with no help or settlement check. Not only that, I was promised X amount of money & then they have reduced the amount twice for reasons that don’t make sense to me what so ever. I have to send emails expressing my extreme disappointment to get a phone call & an update. My last “update” that I demanded was a month ago. On that phone call I was told I would be called again in one week to finalize everything. I was then called back 5 minutes later only to be told that I was told the wrong amount for my settlement & that I would in fact be receiving $250.00 less than what I was told on the previous phone call. Again it has been a month from that call & no word & no check. I was a victim of a car wreck that damaged my body & cost me thousands of dollars from missing work, going to doctors, & rental cars. Now I feel like I’m a victim all over again because I haven’t seen a dime from the settlement & this company is taking out money from my settlement to over compensate one “doctors office” then taking an extra amount out of what I should be getting for some other fee that I was unaware of. While I get considerably less than what I deserve, Godsey Martin will benefit fully from my case. I will never use this company again & I suggest no one use them unless they want less money than they deserve & want to be victimized all over again. Disgusting.
