Jim Butler seriously is the best attorney in the world! Anyone with their first dwi I’m sure was as terrified as me as I felt hopeless and would lose everything with many hardships ahead of me. I went to one attorney before Jim and basically left feeling like my life was over and I would lose everything I’ve worked so hard for (this would put my career on the line.) God definitely was looking out for me when I called Jim that evening and he said come to my office and it was late with no rush during our initial meeting. Jim didn’t focus so much on the details of my case in our meeting but wanted to know me as a person. He told me everything would be okay and I left his office believing this and trusted his words. He made the entire process so easy for me by going to my multiple court cases for a year without needing my presence so I didn’t have to take off work. Not going to lie, my circumstances of the biggest mistake of my life were not pretty on paper but I received a call from Jim the other day saying he went to my court date that morning and “CASE DISMISSED!” I cried in disbelief and I’m telling you that if you need a defense attorney for a dwi this is THE MAN OF HOUSTON! He saved me and gave me a second chance for one bad decision that could have basically ruined my life. His office staff is incredible as well. I will recommend him to everyone I know that finds themselves in a mess that Jim easily cleaned up for me! He’s the BEST! The absolute BEST!!! Thank you Jim Butler!

I am so thankful I came across with a great lawyer like Mr. Butler when I was hit with a predicament I new would not be easy to get out of. From the moment I met Mr. Butler he was very sincere and understanding. He made me feel confident and gave me hope. And today I received the greatest news, that my case has been dismissed! He also forced me to look in the mirror about who I was as a person and where I wanted to be in life. Please, if you are ever in this situation talk to Mr. Butler and let him walk you through these steps. Harris County is no joke, and the waters are rough without proper guidance.

The process is long and tedious, but Jim and Christin were extremely transparent and helpful throughout. After 6 long months my case got DISMISSED!
