Currently have an active case that’s been worked on since 2021 of September. Have not very much of any progress on my case even though insurance company took fault on their driver. Currently in litigation process no updates, same run around answers are given to me, different people handling my case without any notice or update on whom is handling it. Every time I call and ask I get some long explanation of why they hadn’t sent any paper work to start the litigation process when all that has happened is more time passing by, no results. 2 years and counting with no progress. Not very happy with them. Update:2024 May 7th Still not the best experience with this firm. 3 years and counting. Current case on going, if you want a better experience, and for your case to not drag on with not the best communication. This is not it. I wish I could say difference but I’m only speaking from my experience. Every case is different regarding times and outcomes. But this has been more of a hassle than peace so please save yourself with less stress, and not put yourself in a similar situation. As I am not the only one that you see go through this compared to other people reviews.
