Jim is amazing, not only was he my attorney he saved me. Best lawyer ever! Just got my 4 month chip and I couldn't have done this without his support

I'm posting this review a year after my case was dismissed (11/23) because, I'm just now encountering the issue. Jim is great, his team is alright. Communicate was difficult sometimes. When I initially talked to him I felt confident and happy with what he was saying and his experience in law- that I would get the results I wanted. He did however make it seem like it would be OFF my record as I have a CDL. I've been in the plants/refineries oil n gas since then. (They never said anything about my background, I assumed the case was gone) The work is great money- Except you travel a lot and have no life. I'm looking to switch into something more local so I can have a life again, and found that the case is still on my background after I thought it would be gone. So, this unfortunately is still effecting me, as a CDL holder. And my impression was it was going to be OFF my record, and he spoke to my father as well, and my father got that impression too. So, just ask your questions thoroughly and precise. Especially about EXPUNGEMENT. (Means completely off your record, no trace of it). And research multiple lawyers too. While I was happy with the results at the time (assuming the case was off my record), I'm just disappointed now. It was a long and trying time, and now I have to wait another year to get it officially expunged. And spend MORE money. So just a honest review and heads up for CDL folk. Note: He is still a good lawyer to have in your corner, just make sure the communication and understanding of what you're getting is crystal clear.

Mr Butler team is great. He did a in person meeting with me on his time off in the office when I first called. He helped calm me down by saying not to worry he would take my case. Mr Butler and the ladies in the office are great. They keep you informed and handled everything and talk me through the process. If you need a lawyer Mr Butler is the man.
