DISMISSED!!!! To put it lightly, Mr. Butler and his team are nothing but the best. Being forced in to a high stress situation full of doubt and anxiety Mr. Butler and his team did nothing but reassure me that I was in some of the best hands in the business despite what cards I had dealt myself, and HE delivered. He was fair on my overall assessment and never misleading. When confident, he laid the next strategic plans we had available to keep me informed and mentally prepared for all potential outcomes long and short, so on and so forth. Regardless of the situation I put myself in that required this firms legal council, Mr. Butler was extremely thorough and reassuring that what might seem impossible is just a perception. Sometimes you have to let the cards fall where they will and act strategically from there and that’s exactly what he did. He never wavered and he never let me hang my head despite my own personal fear of my outcome, due to the severity of potential punishments that could be awarded. A potential felon for a fun night out with friends isn’t something you think about until it’s staring you in the face and not something that the state backs off from that easily. This is a long overdue post but Jim Butler is the guy you want on your side. I knew he was the one when he told me to come see him in person. Everyone else wanted to short talk over the phone. I prefer to handle my business in person and so does he. He gave me the best possible advise and how he wanted to pursue this case being it was my 2nd arrest for DWI. This would have ended my career of 22 years of dedication and thanks to his knowledge and experience I can add more years to that number. Treated me like family the entire time and highly respectable. Case was dismissed with Pre-trial Diversion Program but you have to do your end if Jim is doing his!
