Humble and compassionate care from all the staff especially Ms.Maria who is always willing to answer my call’s and questions with elaboration throughout the entire process making sure I was not to feel alone in my fight.

This review has been a long time coming but Alan Magenheim and his team are top notch and first class. I had the absolute pleasure of working with him and Maya for a small business dispute. They were not only compassionate but always returned my communications, and stayed on top of the matter until it was resolved and in my favor. In my opinion I didn't feel like a client. I was shifted to a 2nd attorney halfway through my time there. I had times where I had to send the same email 5 times to get a response. I was also unhappy with the length of time (almost 2 yrs). I had an encounter with 2 of the lawyers that was not fun, also making me feel like I wasn't a client. I just read another review from 6 months ago that read a lot lot like mine. There are too many firms in Houston...my suggestion is not to pick this one.
