I specifically asked for the retainer and hourly rates first, but I didn’t get that information until after we’ve gone through a whole question and answer session and I provided all the information about my case. And which one I found out that the retainer an hourly rates were something I couldn’t possibly afford. So it was a bit of wasted time. The gal was completely lovely though and friendly and professional and sweet, so as far as her demeanor, I would say five stars. Taking off one star because of my wasted time.
