I am very happy with my experience with Daly & Black. I would highly recommend them. I had difficulty with my homeowners insurance company denying a valid roof claim. Homes all around me were getting new roofs from a recent hail storm, yet my insurance company (Safeco / Liberty Mutual) kept using excuses to deny the claim. Daly & Black filed a lawsuit on my behalf and covered all of the associated expenses. In the end it only cost me my insurance policy’s deductible. Daly & Black took the fee for their services from the proceeds of the lawsuit. I hope to not be in need of filling another lawsuit again, but if I did they would be my first phone call.

Daly & Black provide a first class service always. They have never let my company down. And they have never lost on any of the claims that I have sent them. I have known them for years. The addition of London Crouse, has only made them that much more efficient. His great customer service skills, again great addition to the team.

David Bergen worked on our case regarding our concrete roof. He took his time explaining to us how everything will work. Cindy Garrett also worked with us. We had a situation where we needed two signatures on the check and we had a hard time getting it sign. She stepped in with no hesitation. Daly & Black, specifically David Bergen and James Willis, took my case regarding hail damage to my warehouse with a standing-seam steel roof. My insurance company had dug their heels in and was refusing to pay. These guys took my case, which lasted two years, and won me a fair settlement. My case was further complicated because my policy had a "cosmetic damage" clause therein. These guys PERSEVERED to the end and we favorably settled with my insurance company.

Terrible ethics. They botched our Allstate insurance settlement claim for our roof and fence after waiting over 1 year and wasn't enough to cover the replacements and they took 57% $14314 of the settlement funds $25000 and left us a paltry $10686. Will never do business with them again!

They represented me in a Hail and wind damage claims against my insurance company when I was denied my initial claim. They told me they could easily get $20k for my roof and dragged me along for 7 months. Finally they call me saying they have a settlement and want me to sign a release. Couple issues I have here. 1. They came back with $3600 as a settlement. (They're excuse was due to a depreciation clause in my insurance binder, they cannot get any more so I need to just take it. How about reading my documents on day one? 2. They settled the case without my authorization. (Pretty sure this is not ethical). I lost time and money with these folks!!!!
