I just found his card so I can tell you how grateful I am. I didn't know how to defend myself or what to say. I knew that the red light the officer said I ran wasn't even in the intersection the ticket said it was. Phillip J Payter presented my case and got it dismissed. I'm so grateful. He was kind and listened. Thank you for fighting for me.

if i could give zero stars i would have..they did absolutely nothing for me except take my money..i could have just paid the fine for the ticket got deferred without their "help" and not have had to pay them there fee.they say they are italian but i doubt that...im sicilian and i know my people very well...ritardato mentale
