I retained Sullo & Sullo for a traffic ticket I received last year. The officer was targeting motorist on Hwy 99. When I appeared in court Donald Jenkins was my attorney. The officer was also in court and was not budging, he stated he "remembered me" specifically. Grant you this was 7 months ago...so he said that he did the radar on me at 300 yards. Donald was all over it and he stated that was impossible due to the way radars measure....Donald worked relentlessly in court that day with the prosecuting attorney on my case and it was ultimately dismissed.
