Harold Landreneau with Sullo & Sullo was great. The process from start to end was smooth and easy and he got my ticket dismissed. Thank you Harold!

I called and waited about 20 minutes on hold before I hung up. There was no option to leave a voicemail/call back number. I called again later in the day and the fee of $45 (sent to my mailbox) was advised to be $80 with no guarantee that I would not be wasting money on the fine + legal fees. I voiced my concern about potentially spending more money in the event my fine is not dismissed, and was advised that I could call back if I decide to change my mind. Had they bothered to understand the situation, they would have known that a mistake was made in my citation and thus an easy case to present. It is concerning when they don't bother to ask simple details about the case.
