Case dismissed! I was pulled by an HPD Officer while driving to work one morning. I was driving with the flow of traffic, certainly doing nothing unreasonable. I guess the city needs the revenue. Since I was not going to let the City of Houston extort $200 from me, I immediately went online and hired Sullo & Sullo (at the recommendation of a colleague). Sullo & Sullo reset my case for a jury trial without me even having to show up for an initial arraignment. When my court date finally arrived, Donald Jenkins, the attorney sent from Sullo & Sullo, handled everything. Sure enough, the judge called me up to the bench soon after and *dismissed my case*. I was in-and-out of court in less than an hour and didn't have to pay Houston a penny of my hard-earned money. Mr. Jenkins had the experience and knowledge to handle my case without me having to worry about anything.
