Like others I've been a loyal customer to Sullo&Sullo but twice in a row for the same ticket I've been stuck at court waiting on reset dates for hours literally everyone that arrived after me left before I did and the lawyer did nothing to speed the process up and when I asked why it's taking so long the man just said I had to wait like seriously I've been here for 3 hours already

Receptionist is rude. Lawyer wouldn't meet with me until 30 minutes before the trial.

Well they use to have really good lawyers now when I have used them lately the lawyers assigned to me are rude even when one is polite when approaching them. I mean I am paying for a service. Not asking for charity. I was a loyal customer even when other lawyers would try to get my business with lower rates. In court they sit around don't even make the effort to let you in on what's going to happen. Then when the judge calls you they get up with you and tell you exactly what the judge just finished saying. I don't need things to be repeated twice, but let me know what the best options and or consequences are. Makes me think why in the hell did I pay these guys for? So they can just repeat what the judge said? Well this may never get to them, but if at least one person reads this and seeks another law firm. Then I have done something right.

Line took forever and a bit expensive but I guess they work

I went there to get help on my case and as soon as I walked in the receptionist was just on her phone and just as I said excuse me miss she just very rudely said YES SIR HOW CAN I HELP YOU! I just turned around and walked out that just pissed me off I'm sure they will lose a lot of customers with a receptionist like that I believe her name was Vic something but man screw that!
