I hired Brad after my husband took my child out of State and filed for a divorce in Oklahoma. Brad and my Oklahoma attorney worked well together and my child was returned to me and the case remained in Texas. In court Brad did a great job getting my ex to have supervised visits because of him being a flight risk. He worked hard to protect me and my child during this difficult time in my life. He had a good court presence and was able to make my ex look like the horrible man he was. If I do have one knock on him is that he is a little difficult to get in touch with because he seems to be in court a lot. I suggest if you hire him you ask him for his cell phone number. I did and he gave it to me no problem. Other than that he was an excellent attorney and i highly recommend him to anyone who has a custody issue.

Very bright lawyer, and very nice... its a shame that he never returns phone calls or contacts you. He represented me in my divorce and EVENTUALLY i got it... but not after a long time of run-around and dealing with his inept office. They kept asking me the same things over and over, information i had repeatedly given him. One of the many courtdates i had, he did not show up and sent some girl who had no idea what was going on and it got reset again due to the fact that my ex husband was not notified of the divorce! They failed to send him anything. Also, the final Divorce Decree that was supposed to be used, was not. Make sure you look over everything! I have been calling and leaving messages trying to get him to fix this as it left out a very important detail. Hopefully he will redeem himself by fixing this error.

Unfortunately I hired this attorney to represent me in my divorce case. He did NOT give me ANY GOOD advise at all. I kept sending him messages like "please reply to me, I need your advice" with no avail. I have enough proofs with the emails I sent to him and got no response from him. I don't even need to say what the outcome of my divorce was. I didn't know that I could have fired him the very first time he didn't take the courtesy of responding to my emails, text messages or phone calls. To me, he is totally unprofessional with little or no knowledge of divorce laws and of course unethical to his profession.

Brad and his team managed to pull me through a divorce, which I'm sure he would say was far from norm. You feel very comfortable with them, and they make you feel part of the group which makes communication very easy. Great lawyer and great person, I can highly recommend, and would recommend to anyone in my family or friends.

I hired this lawyer to represent me in a divorce case. This lawyer failed to keep me informed and performed well below the level expected. He failed to respond to a subpoena and also failed to inform me he even received the subpoena. This directly resulted in me losing close to $30,000.00. This lawyer failed to offer evidence of my 401k resulting in me losing another $41,000.00. This lawyer told me that I could dispose of property after the judgment went up on appeal and never told me about the Acceptance of Benefits Doctrine resulting in a total loss to me or nearly $120,000.00. There is an ongoing malpractice case against this lawyer.

Hired Brad for a divorce with kids and property. Brad helped me through the whole process, and his advise was flawless when it came to me getting what I wanted in court. My wife's lawyer was loud and rude and Brad didn't budge but went to Court and got me full rights with my kids. He's a great lawyer and everyone in the Court seems to know him.

Brad was wonderful! Not only did he work with my to keep my payments low, he got me custody of my children in my case. His assistant, Silvia was great in answering my many questions and helped me keep calm through out this whole ordeal.

We were impressed at first meeting w Mr. Titlon. A retainer was paid to him for assistance with family law matters. After that his response was non existent. His staff is very courteous and would answer the phone, but we would get no response to our request. His only response occured 7 weeks after it was requested. Way after the fact and of no consequence. Still trying to recover the retainer 9 mo after his staff agreed for it to be returned. Get a specific agreement in writting about your retainer before leaving any money. I advise bring your own agreement.

Brad represented me in a divorce and did a great job! His staff was friendly and Brad was great to get along with. The price for the divorce was half of what my husband paid!

Brad represented me in a contempt case with my ex-wife, although I did not receive legal fees back from my ex-wife, he succesfuly defended me against her allegations, of contempt. I had hired another lawyer prior to Brad for the same case, and my other lawyer was very timid, and wanting me to settle, upon hiring Brad he shut them down professionally and respectfully. I have used many lawyers over the past 15 years for civil actions and plan on having Brad's representation in the future. He truly knows his business in court, despite my extensive though limited legal understanding, he knew what was needed to win, and executed flawlessly. Thank you Brad.

I just wanted to thank the Tilton Law Firm for all your help and your understanding and compasion for my situation. I just wanted also to say that Mr. Tilton was fantastic in court. I am extremly happy and satisfied with the outcome. He was totally and completely prepared and was complimented by the judge when it was all over. I have since seen my grandkids at school and had lunch with them and their little faces and smiles were priceless. I get them this coming friday and I couldn't be happier.
