I was led by their commercial to believe that when a potential client called that they spoke to an attorney without any pre-screening. Not only was I screened and rejected by their non-attorney person who answered the phone, she just hung up when I referred to the commercial and asked to speak with a lawyer. If I could give a lower rating, I would.

We engaged John to revamp our wills and other legal documents after relocating from New York to Texas this summer. John was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure we understood all the decisions we needed to make. He delivered the work very promptly and even drove from Houston to deliver it to us in Austin. I would highly recommend John.

Pulaski has been targeting me with the Audi TDI recall, and I have contacted them over 4x in the last week. Not one return phone call or email. Each time I talks with someone they say, "someone will call you most likely right away- 24 hours at the outside". Well, now it's been days and days...Does anyone else know of a law firm who is handling this Diesel thing?
