Daniel represented me in my case to obtain primary custodial rights to my kids and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a family lawyer. In a world where dads are not always given a fair opportunity to have equal custodial rights, Daniel was able to understand and assess my situation and was straight with me as to advising me if I had a case and an opportunity to win. In the end, Daniel showed empathy for me as a single dad and represented me well every step of the way. Daniel was very knowledgeable with the law and he was tough and very quick on his feet in court when dealing with the opposing counsel. It was also a pleasure to work with Liz his assistant through out the process. In the end, he did help me win custodial rights to my kids and I highly recommend him.

My daughter was in need of an attorney ASAP for divorce/annulment. She was so emotionality not in a good place at the time. So, I remembered Ms Coffman on KFDMTV Channel 6 here in Beaumont, Texas where she often spoke about different legal issues. So, I decided to call her office for an appt. for my daughter. Typical Family Law Cartel Lawyers. Will not educate or discuss possibility of 50/50 equal shared parenting as the standard. Which Scientifically has proven kids benefit the most from. John Van Ness did not tell me the truth when he said my name would be off of the loan to my marital House. In fact my divorce was final in 2017 and my name is still on the loan today 7/2021. I have no rights to the house except I am liable if my ex wife pays late and ruins my credit. . How is that fair? John specifically said my name would be off the loan during mediation. However, my name is still on the loan??? John would you like an opportunity to correct your misguided council??

Even though we share a last name, we are not related, but I was treated like family anyway. Don, Edith, and the entire staff worked diligently on my case, and always kept me informed during the process. They know very well that the ":other" insurance company is not your friend. You need a friend like the Law Office of Don E. McClure to look out for you, and make the other side do the right thing. I highly recommend this firm.
