George is detail oriented and very accessible. He was very responsive and his employees are delightful and informative. I did not expect to receive much in my situation but he exceeded my expectations. ANY time you get in a wreck, the first thing you should do is call George.

It’s sad to see how respected places of businesses have poor communication and customer handling. You’d imagine that expectations of business would exceed based on their category of work but…unfortunately this wasn’t the case here. George Oginni and this lawyer firm was initially a referred to business from another lawyer that would be working my case, along with George. The conversation of my case was only held between the two lawyers and when my main lawyer advised that George was willing to take on the case with him, this was good news… Fast forward, a week from finding this out. I get a call from the Intake Rep for George to sign a contract and gather personal information…I let the rep know that respectfully and reasonably I’d appreciate speaking with George as I’ve never had any communication with him about my case, before signing a contract. Next Day, I still don’t get call, send a follow up message expressing why I would like to speak with him before and then I get a message saying “we will not proceed with taking your case due to certain reasons that weren't specified.” Now, considering I never spoke with this lawyer and I’m requesting a call before agreeing for representation. What specific details weren’t specified if we never spoke… In addition, no one had the respect to even reach out to call and get the full scope of my case yet after agreeing to represent with my other lawyer and me not signing a contract until I’ve spoken to George…all of a sudden they can’t proceed. This truly is not what I expected to encounter based on the reviews and it’s poor customer handling. For this, yes a poor rating is valid and I’d give no star if applicable!

My first ever accident was devastating. I literally was confused, hurt and didn't know what exactly do to, untill contacting Leo&Oginni. They helped me throughout the entire process and I will always be grateful for it.

I hired this practice because I was referred here by someone who had dealt with the attorneys at this practice. Unfortunately for me, my case was not handled the way I wish it would have been. After going back and forth with this practice, I ended up having to get on the phone with the insurance company to secure a rental car, when I was originally told that the practice would handle the matter. I had to take matters into my own hands because it had been close to a month since my accident and I did not have a rental car. To make matters worse, the insurance company did not want to pay the rental they had originally agreed to when we were figuring out the rental car situation. The attorney told me that there was nothing they could do because the insurance had reached their max pay out. I was left to fend for myself, with the threat of being charged over $4,000 because the insurance company did not want to pay the rental car company. In the end, I ended up reaching out to a different Attorney who threatened to sue the insurance company for breach of contract. And what do you know, the insurance company swiftly decided to pay off the invoice for over $4,000 that I was about to be forced to pay because the were 100% in breach of the contract. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this law practice to anyone, including my friends and family. They charged me 1/3 of my settlement check and their service was not worth that 1/3. I felt like I had to always initiate communication and going forward, I will only hire attorneys that can stay on top of their matters and not leave me hanging when a company is trying to screw me to save some money.

This was the first time I had been in an accident and had to work with a lawyer to get things resolved and let me just say- George and his team were so helpful and patient! They went out of their way to answer my questions even if it wasn’t something they were supposed to be handling. Thankful I contacted them when a car side-swiped us and tried to run off! Hopefully will never have to use them again, but if I do, they will be the first ones I call! Would recommend to all my friends!
