Couldn’t have asked for a better esquire services, under the circumstances. Unfortunately, one never thinks, nor hopes that they will ever require services of that nature, but I’m happy that the trial lawyers at Leo & Oginni were able to stand by my side and represent me until the very end. I was in an accident recently, and they made sure all ends were covered, giving me advice after advice and checking in with me, periodically before any final decisions were made. Proud to know that I have someone to call even when they aren’t in the same district, nor the same county as I.

I was arrested for something minor but was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon. I will spare you the details. Giving Mr. Leo the full details of the encounter good and bad helped him defend my case to the best of his ability. Although the DA started aggressively he stayed the course. I was able to keep my sanity because he told me what to expect, in which he was right on target. Without proper representation this could’ve all taken a turn for the worse. This case lasted over a year and a half March 13, 2020 –June 20, 2021 the day before trial started they dismiss my case. If you need a lawyer who is focused and available he is your guy.
