My experience with Lassiter was exceptional! The staff there was more then helpful when I had questions and always called and gave updates on my case. I would defiantly recommend them if someone needs an attorney for an auto accident. My case came to a close in May 2016 and I could not be more grateful for the out come. Very professional law firm.

I went on 6-13-16 to release them from my case. I called the insurance company they said that this law firm sent 2 representative letters to them. I go to the firm and demanded reason only to have the paralegal brag about her 1/2 million dollar home and car. And she stated no one has tried to release them from a case and she has been there for 20yrs. This occurred 6-16-2016. Very unprofessional.

I call the all the time and they NEVER ,NEVER EVER answer their phones it has been 11 months since my claim! and this GOOD FOR NOTHING FIRM! can't even contact me to tell me what is going on with my case. They ignors my calls all the time!!!! I will never recoment this firm to anyone never. No one should go through this horrible experience I am having :"(

My elderly mother was involved in a wreck with an 18-wheeler. Her injuries were not, thankfully, life-threatening; however, the impact caused medical and emotional issues that continue to seriously impact her quality of life. From the initial consultation (which he held at her home, two hours outside of Houston), Brian was thorough and diligent in his pursuit of a satisfactory outcome. He did not waver in the face of opposing counsel or the insurance company, and my mother was able to settle out of court. I would most definitely recommend him!
