I almost want to cry writing this review. As anyone probably taking the time to read this review I am posting, you are searching for an attorney that will actually fight for you and have a sense of urgency. I was in a car accident and me and child were hurt and my car was totaled. I went with a law firm that had more reviews despite 3 friends telling me to use the law firm of Attorney Brian White. Well even though this other law firm had more reviews, multiple balls were dropped and I quickly saw me having this law firm would be a nightmare. I then had a consultation with Rusty Harrison at the Brain White Law Firm and that day, they did more for me in 1 day then what my other law firm did. They were on it!! They didn't just talk, they actually followed through with what they said they would do with actions! Stuff that was never done or offered from my other law firm. My other law firm sent me to a doctor that seemed sketchy to me. I was not impressed and then decided to look myself for a more reputable doctor. I am a nurse and when I was at work I asked one of my ER doctors who I work with who he would recommend as I was in so much pain. I told him that my law firm sent me to a place I would not trust to help with my injuries. He tells me to see a specific doctor he recommends and proceeds to tell me he is the best. Well I then fire my law firm and then hire The Law office of Brain White. Day 1 of hiring them they get me into see a doctor that they recommend. Well what is crazy but amazing is the doctor they are sending me too is the actual doctor my ER doctor that I work with was referring me too!!! I then knew I was in the best hands with the Brain White Law Firm. I will be transparent that the whole doctor thing is not the only thing they have done for me, they have done more!! Everyone I have had contact with at this law firm has been incredibly kind and professional. I want to say the BIGGEST thank you to Attorney Karen Davis at the Brain White Law Firm. She is absolutely amazing and a breath of fresh air of having a lawyer that is so kind and makes you feel so safe and that she will fight for you! And her words have been backed up by ACTIONS! Other law firms, take note on what a good law firm does for their clients!! My advice to anyone looking for the best personal injury law firm, hire the Brain White Law Firm to represent you!!

My case, Take less time than I expected. They referred me to the best care after the accident and I went to Therapy til I got better and They took my case, When I ready lose hope. I contacted several attorneys before and I got wrong answers. Thanks to Brian White! I Highly recommend their services.

Lex and Iris were great. I ended up getting more than I expected.

I felt like no one was looking out for me when an uninsured driver rear ended me at a stoplight. Although no one disagreed on the person at fault, the compensation offered was not reasonable or fair. I didn’t know what to do, then I found the Law firm of Attorney Brian White. My attorney, Gramm Klein, was a turning point of hope for me. I could finally let that stress go, knowing he had my back and was fighting for what was right and fair. I pray I never have a reason to call Gramm in the future, however, I will continue to recommend him and would never go through a situation like this again without calling Gramm and his team right away!

I could write a #1 seller of reasons not to use this Law Firm. But, I'm not wasting my time or yours by telling everything that I went through. Bottom line, YOU'LL REGRET USING THIS LAW FIRM.!!!!

Update: Cathy was super nice to take over my case and update me on what is happening. She made the process easy although it took so much time to work it out with the insurance company. Lex Allgaier, David Valetutto, and his team were amazing! They fought hard for my case and kept my interest at heart. It did take a year to close my case but that can be expected with motor vehicle accidents that include multiple people. They made sure my family felt comfortable with the outcome and explained everything in great detail. A big thank you to Andrea Arteaga, Flavia Cunha, and Byron Guevara for making sure I was updated to with the case and getting all my signed legal documents done within a timely matter. 100% recommend Brian and specifically his fellow attorney Graham. Graham took over my case from another firm and took it from my insurance company refusing to pay out to me getting 16 grand in my pocket. These guys will fight like hell for you.
