From the time I called Brian’s office, I felt alittle relief. Three long years of fighting and they did NOT give up. They kept pressure and kept me in the loop. I was traveling back and forth from state to state and it did NOT stop the team from confirming to my timeline and providing great results. Once the time for trial was approaching, they asked me what I wanted if settling was an option, I told them, and they exceeded my demands. The team was great in communication but extra shoutout to Rusty! I’d recommend them to everybody.

Working with Brian White's firm was a seamless process. Attorney Steeves Hopson was very informative and understanding. He kept me up to date on every step of the case. The paralegal Nasim Arian worked hard for me. She always returned my calls and answered emails promptly. After every conversation she left me with a good feeling that the firm is working hard for me. If I could give zero stars I would customer service is disgusting. I contacted their law office to get a consultation on a case and never received word back on whether they could help or not, so I called today and the lady I spoke to went to look up my case when she returned back to the phone she began to ask about a case that had nothing to do with mines stating that they hadn’t had a chance to get back to me. I then told her what my case was actually about which changed her whole tone and attitude and she stated oh we looked over your case and we decided we could not assist. I politely thanked her and ended the call. That was extremely unprofessional to have allowed a potential client to go without notice on there case for a week with not even so much as an email or call to let me know what’s going on and then when I call you lie about whether or not you were going to get back to me seems very prejudiced and unprofessional seeing that even if you weren’t going to take on my case you could have at least contacted me stating why you weren’t or simply that you weren’t and the fact that I was put on hold for you to go look at my case only for you to come back to the phone and still not know what my case was about is astonishing probably never looked at it to begin with. Would not recommend this law firm.

More like “Brian White and incompetence”! Never have i ever been witness to such levels of incompetence in my professional life, if my employees displayed this level of ignorance I wouldn’t be in business. It’s like these people just hate their jobs, they almost never returned calls and never did I get an email back. They speak to you in the most condescending tone when you ask them questions they can’t exactly answer with confidence, you can almost hear their eyes rolling over the phone. I’m under the impression that Mr. whites staff is either poorly trained or completely un experienced or simply underpaid. Every time I called I felt like my call was never welcome. The only reason I settled was because I just never wanted to see or speak to these people ever again, which is a terrible reason. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Every part of this experience was pure frustration and agony, I was very patient and dropped my expectations very low and still they delivered less than that, I had one of the attorneys “Natalia” snap at me just because I expressed my disappointment with her offer to compensate me for the incompetence of her former employee, she just snapped and practically yelled at me It was very unprofessional and left me to question her skills as an attorney. I shouldn’t be able to make her crack that easily. Words alone cannot even begin to express how deeply I regretted hiring this attorney after the first few weeks. I had 4 paragraphs written describing in detail every single problem I experience but it’s just too much for this review maybe once I condense it into a final draft I may update.

Lupe and Rosy were fantastic in helping me after my brother was killed in a motorcycle accident.
