Melissa made the process less stressful than I thought it would be, and she always kept me informed about the process as well.

It's interesting that Ms. Pagel's reviews are either 5 stars or one star (there was one, two-star review, I believe, to be fair). It's also intriguing that seven (7) or so of her other clients (or potential clients) wrote about their negative experiences with this lawyer, (see reviews here, on Avvo, and Birds Eye) all sounding strikingly similar to my own disturbing experience with her. I guess all eight (8) of us were experiencing the stress phenomena Ms. Pagel writes about in her comments, below. More likely, however, Ms. Pagel capitalizes on patronizing and irrelevant comments like these to deflect against her inexcusable, mistreatment of others. Her comments also seem designed to create a false, but grandiose, sense of her self-assigned superiority. In my opinion, Ms. Pagel's 5-star reviews are mostly, suspiciously generic and appear to be written by young adults around her son's age. From what I saw, Pagel's son, Bryce, is her only employee. I did not see 'any team,' at her office, as is often referred to in several of this lawyer's 'glowing, five star' reviews. I saw Bryce Pagel, and his mother, Elizabeth Pagel, in the otherwise, small, vacant office and parking lot. I don't recommend this lawyer or 'her team.'

Melissa was very professional and helpful through our legal issue.She made my husband and I feel comfortable and confident that she was there to assist us .I will definitely tell anyone that needs her kind of legal advice to definitely give her a call. My husband and I would absolutely call her if needed to again.

I was shocked and totally taken aback by this lawyer's aberrant behavior. She wasn't the least bit interested in offering me legal advice or discussing potential problem solving with me on my case. She was very interested, however, in obtaining my money and ushering me out of her office within a quick 20 minutes. She was rude, condescending and oddly, haughty. I left her office feeling confused, judged, and disappointed. No one needs to pay good money to be treated like that. No wonder there were no other cars in the parking lot. In my opinion, something is very off here.

Unprofessional, seems in rush, was cutting off very frequently and not listening client questions, paid 250$ for divorce consultation, she hardly spent 10 min and referenced other attorney stating I do not have any expertise about international marriage law, then why did schedule me and charged fee when she didn’t have of knowledge to give advice for cases of settling international marriages at US though as I already provided my case background information that includes international details, to her office scheduler. She even made emotional to cry, DO NOT WASTE YOUR THREE DIGITS $$$ FOR JUST CONSULTATION WHEN YOU LEFT OUT WITHOUT ANY LEGAL ADVICE.

Elizabeth and her staff are simply amazing! Her and her team made an otherwise challenging time manageable and as stress free as possible. Very quick to respond to questions and at the end of the day knows this process inside and out for a result you can walk away from feeling represented and not taken advantage of.

5 stars all day long. Very thorough and professional from open to close. Did everything he said which these days is rare. Cannot recommended enough. 6/5 stars if I could. Hoping I don’t need his services ever again but if I do he will be the first call.

Best lawyer I could have found! Brian fought endlessly to make sure I got exactly what I deserved which was a dismissed case. And Chrissy was amazing with communication, every time I called I would always get answer. I hope Ill never need them again but if I do I know I can count on them! Thank you so much!
