This attorney is amazing!!!! Great office personnel that take the time to really help you when you call or come in the office. He shows true compassion and intrest in all his work on the many case loads he's got going on. Never once did I call to speak with him and he was not available or out of the office. Great good service and price

A+ Trustworthy Law Office, Good communication & I highly recommend them. Mr. Rush and his staff sincerely care about their clients and they take time to listen to your concerns. They are quick to respond to phone calls and will even keep you updated via email, Nancy Conaway responded wirhin 15 minutes, to every email i sent her during our lawsuit. I am very impressed with the whole process from our first meeting to the conclusion. They have a free covered parking garage attached. They are in Huntsville on 190, 3rd floor of the First National Bank building. This is our first experience with lawyers and I will honestly say that this is the only law office my family will use in the future!

He comes in, sits you down and goes over all the facts. He'll cut it to you straight & I respect that. He knows his stuff & seems dedicated to his clients. Would recommend!

Jermey Romoser was recommended by a friend. He listened to everything I needed for my divorce & made a plan to swiftly resolve the case. Anytime that I had a question or concern I received a speedy response not only from Mr. Romoser but his office staff as well. At all times I was Informed of the other party signing his end of our paperwork, timelines & future proceedings. While in court Mr. Romoser made sure I was Comfortable with what we were about to speak to the judge about & he was very positive, poised & professional. I would hire him again & recommend his services to others.

It's difficult to leave a specific rating. After my initial consultation with Mr. Paschal in March, I've only received a single call. Unfortunately, I wasn't available at that moment to take the call. I've attempted to contact Mr. Paschal more than a dozen times between March and June 2019. Not only have I called and left my number, I've left my email address on two occasions to allow him to contact me at his leisure. Nothing has proven fruitful. Apart from the single call, I'm unaware of any effort undertaken to contact me. Could they have assisted me? I don't know. What I do know is that common curtesy and professionalism dictates that you notify the potential client of your position after a consultation. A single effort doesn't satisfy either.

Mr. Romoser assisted me in a case for joint custody for my step daughter (Never Married). Going into the battle, I was extremely nervous; from the first meeting he assured me that I had a valid case and it should work out in our favor. He has gone above and beyond and even met with me during hours he was off, to accommodate with my work schedule. A lot of times when dealing with legal matters, one can become nervous, but Mr. Romoser always had a refreshing smile and stood with confidence which in return gave me the confidence to keep on going! Today I can proudly say that because of him I no longer have to worry about my daughter randomly being taken away from me. I can represent her at the doctors office and at school without worrying about other parents not being responsible enough to do so. Me and my two girls have our happily ever after and it’s all thanks to Mr. Romoser!!
