I just got off the phone with one of Timothy Vinson employees and she was the most disrespectful woman I have ever met she was very nasty and rude and claimed to be the boss cuts you off when your trying to explain a very serious situation! Shes not professional and deserves to be fired!

Well I'm not able to speak on how well he does his job but I can't speak on his office and their inability to properly communicate with somebody who is attempting to get a consultation. If somebody has stopped picking on a certain type of case that you are supposed to be checking on getting a consultation for then you should get back to the potential client and let them know those types of cases are no longer taken at your Law Firm.

When CPS showed up to my door I was so scared! I had never dealt with anything like this! I had called another lawyer and she acted like she didn't even want to talk to me unless I hired her. I looked online for good CPS case lawyers and found Brad Scalise. After reading all the positive reviews I felt that he would definitely be able to help me. Before I even hired him I was able to talk to him and ask questions and he made me feel a lot better about the situation and sure that the case would end with a positive resolution. Through the whole process he walked through it with my family, kept me informed, and really cared. He was very reasonable and was willing to work with me and offered a payment plan. It was so worth hiring him! Do not try to handle your CPS case on your own. We are at a loss because we don't know much about CPS and their processes, but he knows all the ins and outs of CPS and what they are legally allowed and not allowed to do and he will fight for you! I would recommend him to anyone!

Bradly Scalise is a top shelf lawyer!! He has always come through and is a recommended lawyer for whatever your needs may be!! He gets results and is very professional at his job!! He is a blessing!! If I could I'd give him 10 stars!!

These reviews aren't wrong. 5 stars is NOT enough!!! I give him 10! I hired Brad after months of dealing with CPS alone and getting absolutely nowhere. Best decision I ever made!! Within just 2 weeks of taking the case, Bradley had negotiated a plan with CPS to bring me and my babies home to see their dad for the first time in 2 months. When Bradley got our case, he immediately jumped in and wanted to know everything he could to represent us the best way possible. He communicated quickly and clearly through email and over the phone. If I had a question, he had an answer. Straight to the point and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with a CPS case. Don't do it alone! Let Bradley speak for you. You won't regret it!! Agreed with the other reviews, 5 stars is definitely not enough! I would recommend Brad to anyone! Velma and he were absolutely amazing!!
