Brad was kind, attentive, and hard working throughout our case. He understands the system and knows just what to do. I know he had at least a dozen other cases happening but he never forgot about us. We never had to go to court because of his persistence. For a parent a CPS case is heart wrenching- brad listened to me and helped in every way he could. My family is forever grateful.

Brad Scalise was professional and thorough every step of the way. Between the initial personal meeting, phone calls, and emails throughout the case it was evident Mr Scalise took the case seriously and had more than just financial motivations to help us. Our case was closed within months and we never had to step foot in court due to his proficiency.

Not sure what I paid for.... no communication and no advice or preparation. I wouldn't recommend for criminal cases.

Very good experience!! super professional-- he knows his stuff uses a proven game plan... and has payment options. Because as we are all aware of CPS typically targets those who are thought not to be able to afford representation. I am thankful i contacted Mr. Scalise.. I couldnt imagine going thru the agonizing painful heart wrenching processes of the family law courts. Not again only as the parent now. I my self was a foster child from the age of 13 until i emancipated myself at age 17 when I returmed home where i shouldnt have been taken from and placed in a strange town a strange school in a strange home with strangers!!! Petrified and placed where I endured real child abuse.. Im so glad they didnt get their hooks in my little man... THIS LAWYER WILL HELP YOU!
