CPS can take their time on their investigations, and when they hear you have an attorney, it will definitely speed up the closure of their investigation. Very good experience!! super professional-- he knows his stuff uses a proven game plan... and has payment options. Because as we are all aware of CPS typically targets those who are thought not to be able to afford representation. I am thankful i contacted Mr. Scalise.. I couldnt imagine going thru the agonizing painful heart wrenching processes of the family law courts. Not again only as the parent now. I my self was a foster child from the age of 13 until i emancipated myself at age 17 when I returmed home where i shouldnt have been taken from and placed in a strange town a strange school in a strange home with strangers!!!
