Dan and his team have been representing me for over 12 years now through a long and complicated divorce and then intermittent custody issues. He really knows the process and it shows. As a father, I was initially nervous having to find a lawyer when I felt the odds were against me. He has fought hard for me and, more importantly, my children's best interests. I can't imagine having a better attorney to represent me and my children (I actually did try another attorney for a brief time, and it was horrible!!). The best advice I can give to anyone looking for a Family Law attorney is: Never find yourself in a courtroom facing someone represented by Dan. You do not want to go up against Dan in front of a judge!

Noteboom and its Associates are really there for you! After I got into a car accident I was lost and didn't know where to begin. We saw a billboard and called... it was the best decision we've made. Thanks to Noteboom my life was able to continue. I knew my medical bills would be taken care of because they fought for me every step of the way! I WAS PUT FIRST! It took some time before we could settle, but when we did I was so thankful for them. They took care of everything from the hospital bills to the rehab. Sometimes, you know what you don't know. Almost a year after my accident, I was still trying to get the responsible party to cover damages...and I had all the necessary documentation--a police report, witnesses, injury reports, hospital bills, all of it. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone that was able to help move the process along. In truth, I think they were hoping that I'd just get frustrated and give up. That's where Noteboom Law Firm came in. What was initially an excruciatingly frustrating process became a smooth, effortless settlement thanks to our lawyer, Eddie Gaytan and his team, specifically Teri Rash. Their communication was efficient and they were able to flex their legal muscles, obtaining a settlement was far beyond my expectations. Honestly, this was the best possible impact on my life after such a financially stressful event and I am so deeply grateful to their staff for their professionalism and help in sorting all of this out. Looking back, I wish that I would have hired them immediately after my wreck...but you really don't know what you don't know until you're in a difficult situation and feel trapped by legalese and forms that the other party's insurance will throw your way. I learned so much through this process, and I hope that I never need their services again.
