Dan is a great trial hearing lawyer he made my ex look like a fool on the stand and even did some mind tricks on both of her lawyers to turn on here none the less this truck driver won custody of his son dan told me what to expect and pretty much told me what the out come would be in the initial consultation after I painted him a broad picture of my situation iam proud to say dan is my lawyer

Mr. Bacalis represented me on my divorce. He was very knowledgeable about the law. I appreciated his direct approach. He didn't try to sugarcoat anything. I have used him since my divorce for other matters.

Daniel Bacalis is one of the rudest professionals I had ever encountered. I hired him to help me with my child custody case. He did not ask me what I wanted and when I tried to contact him numerous times, I would never get to speak with him only his secretary. When I was able to actually speak with Mr. Bacalis, he was impatient, rude and even told me I was irritating him by asking too many questions! He charged me $90 for a 3 minute call! On our hearing date, he did not even represent me! He just stood there and did not ask questions to the other party nor did he try to persuade the judge to what I was asking for, which was not much. I had to hire a different attorney to clean up the mess he did. And thankfully I did that in time to help with my case.
