Really shocked as to how many good reviews are listed, as it must depend on the case manager you are given. The one I was given "Amber" is not as responsive as all the others I read about. Today, my case was released out of irritation that I kept calling her, only to say I have covid and can't go to therapy. She was more concerned with me continously calling and being interrupted than finding out the details on why I can't go into to therapy! I wouldn't have to keep calling if she would return her voicemails...she didn't offer any advice or methods to handling if a client is diagnosed with covid or anything else for that matter to help with continuing therapy. JUST A VERY NICE NASTY RESPONSE AND I QUOTE " IM JUST GONNA RELEASE YOUR CASE"...I had so many other firms to select from when I had my accident and I chose the WRONG ONE. NO PATIENCE, DOESN'T RETURN CALLS, DOESN'T DIVULGE INFORMATION IN DETAIL...PLEASE DO YOUR REAEARCH WHEN SELECTING YOUR FIRM FOR YOUR CASE. PARKS IS NOT IT.

Raquel is the best. My fiancée and I were hit by a driver that hit two other vehicles in the process, costing me a trip to the hospital and totaling my fiancée car. The driver gave a bogus insurance card and was non-cooperative every step of the way. It got to the point where me and my fiancée just considered it a total loss and were ready to move on. Raquel remained vigilant and diligently did her thing. She ultimately found that the driver was insuranced and got us taken care of. I appreciate everything that she did. She went above and beyond our expectations.
