I wish I could be the one to say they are the best BUT they are not as I read the reviews I was also referred and tricked into this law firm too when you call they wanna have a smart attitude with u about your case and tell you when they call u thats when u will know anything about your cases was promised weekly updates from some head person never have had to call or email them it's just so unprofessional how they act and still waiting on updates or just a simple phone call from them letting me know about my case it's bad enough I have to pay u a high percent the least u can do is communicate with the person that is giving you that chump change I already know u will respond on here but it would be nice to hear or see my phone ring with parks laws firm on the screen with good news about my case and not a review hopefully things get better for this firm

I am so thankful for The Parks Law Firm! After my car accident, they got the ball rolling quickly to help me! They quickly got a great settlement for me on my car and it was much more than I expected! Mrs. Rivera and her team will work hard for you to get you what you deserve. Mrs. Rivera is caring, understanding, so easy to communicate with, and very helpful in every aspect. She and the team at Parks have worked hard for me to make sure I was taken care of and they’ve been there for me every step of the way. They took all my stress and worries away so I could recover faster. They set up my medical appointments for me to help me manage my pain and are working to make sure all my medical bills are taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend the Parks Law Firm!

I was involved in a car accident and was referred to this law firm please I beg you please go somewhere else because once you sign with them all communications stop Alex is the one assigned to my case he never answer or return calls I been waiting on a call back for two freaking weeks I'm telling avoid going to this place you would be better doing it yourself

I have not been satisfied with the service being provided and have not heard anything regarding my case. My accident was in February and they told me that my process was going to take 90 days to get the paperwork completed and since then I haven’t heard any updates. I am frustrated that I keep getting letters on my mail about the medical bill going to collections and sacred that will affect me in the long run.

Let me start with I typically do not leave reviews, but I would not want anyone to experience the horrific treatment I received while being a client at Parks Law Firm. There is absolutely no communication to their clients. They will not call you for months to give you an update on your case. It is very hard to get in contact with your case manager. They constantly switch out the case manager on your case without even giving a the new case manager an update or update the client that your case is being turned over to someone else. Clients are NOT a priority at this law firm. I had been a client for almost a year and my case manager did not even know my name. I would have to call multiple times to even speak with my case manager before getting an answer. I went in person due to me not being able to get a hold of anyone on the phone, the staff seemed to not care about my case, not knowledgeable about what was going on with my case, and just said what they needed to say to get me out there. It took them so long to gather all of my medical records that I went and just did it myself. They are not time efficient and tend to drag their feet. When I say this is the WORST law firm you could choose I sincerely mean it. Please do not give this law firm your business because I can certainly say you will regret it. Being a client here has only brought me a huge headache and I would never refer anyone to this company to receive the same treatment I have received. I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! Reply to Parks Law Firm: No, I am still unhappy with the service I am getting. It is not one individual staff member who should no longer be with the firm. None of the staff have met my expectations and can never give me a clear answer to any of my questions/concerns. The law firm as a whole need to do better and prioritize their clients by having better communication, staying up to date on cases, and being professionals. Your reply to this review is the fastest you have ever replied. I have no missed messages or call from you all. I called yesterday and was hung up on by Steve when trying to get documents sent to the team handling the litigation part of my case. Also very unprofessional to put the details of my case on a google review post you could have called me directly. If you were truly concerned about my problems and my case you would have contacted me directly and given me an update then. Absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional!! Reply to the owner: Yes, this firm absolutely deserves this kind of review because I want others to know what they will be signing up for if choosing to work with you guys. After leaving a review is when your staff have tried to reach me. Prior to this review I would call multiple times a day and leave emails and would not get a response for weeks. So please do not try and belittle my experience because I have been nothing but honest. You are responsible for making sure your staff is equipped with the skills and knowledge that they need to give quality service to your clients and you have failed. Now that I have learned my lesson I am making sure others know that the clients are not a priority to Parks Law Firm and the service here is absolutely terrible.

Put a claim in a year ago and still haven’t gotten anything done or received anything. I’m practically begging for a phone call back and get sent straight to voicemail(was given a direct number) . 100% not satisfied with the lack of customer service, communication, and the amount of time this has taken. It’s wasting my time and effort. Do better👎 Speaking on behalf of a friend :)

Over all, I had pleasant experience, with Parks Law Firm. The staff communicated with me, when it was necessary about my case and any additional updates. They was on it about me going to my needed appointments. I got my settlement sooner than later, it came right on time. John was professional and kind.
