Derek was very knowledgeable about the laws associated with collecting excess funds after a tax sale. He was also very personable and I felt confident that he was taking good care of my case and that he had my best interests at heart. He did collect the excess funds from the county and remitted them to me promptly. I am very pleased and would hire him again should the need arise again.
