Ginger & her amazing team was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of having our, completely agreed upon, same sex divorce handled nearly impossible. Not only was she able to defend us thoroughly and competently, Ginger and her office provided excellent service, demonstrating professionalism and personal attention to every detail of our case. Her staff is amazing, knowledgeable and available when needed and literally worked around the clock with us to get the necessary paperwork written when others were trying to charge us $20,000 to do the same. During the process Ginger spent ample time with us to walk us through the process and ensure that we understood what our rights were & how she could help us. And this was all before we retained her service. Ginger’s attitude to the work she does not only saved my family thousands of dollars, it also helped us to avoid other problems in the future. Her passionate and empathetic demeanor offered emotional support and conviction to myself and those I care about most. I contacted ginger through family and was excited about what she stated she could do for me. Over the past 21 months I’ve been trying to get divorced with a lot of promises that have not come. After I’ve paid 15,000.00 I and told her that was all I had. I was advised to settle so that my husband could not touch my retirement plan. That she could not get text message content. After she told me she could and charged me for the research to do so. Taken advise that has left me further in debt. Never I print via email. And now have a bill for almost 4000.00 additional dollars with a settlement from my husband for that amount. She does not reply in a timely manner. I was promised another final decree 2 days ago and have not recruit. I’ve been postponed. Gone through 2 tax years of having to file married separate and more stress than I can even explain. I would not recommend this attorney. Go with just about anyone else. I still do not have my divorce. And I’m sure there will be something that will hold it up again since I’m writing this review before I have a final decree. Her office staff makes excuses for her on a regular basis. Go anywhere else but here.

She is an awesome attorney. I appreciate her thoroughness on everything. The staff is alway ready to help when the business is open and to answer our questions. Ginger is very experienced and is very familiar with the tarrant county courts. It amazing seeing her in action. She is bold and she is honest. I would recommend her for your family law needs.

I worked with Ginger on my case and it was going well and I thought she really cared about my children and my case, however at some point something changed and she stopped returning calls and the final straw was when she failed to show up for trial and when I called her office to inquire where she was her assistant that she was in court, and I explained that the judge was waiting on her as were the other parties i was told that she would call me back. That never happened and she never apologized or even explained why she failed to appear for my TRIAL. I had to scramble to get another attorney and ended up losing sole custody of my kids because of her.

Ginger Weatherspoon is not a honest Attorney, I hired her back in September, 2017 , she did not do as promised and proceed to give me the run around. Also mrs.Weatherspoon was dishonest about court dates , filing motion of compel, etc. As also birds of a feather flock together her employees was as dishonest as mrs.weather spoon. I gave her $12,000 for her bs and she waste my time. Please people's stay far from this place.... can’t say nothing about the true!

I Love the people at Weatherspoon Law Firm, they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and my family threw our ordeal, I would recommend them to anybody who's lost a family member thru an accident

I'm honestly puzzled by the negative reviews I've seen. Ginger was a Godsend to my family. In a very difficult to navigate system she is a fighter that thinks outside of the box and believes in justice. I'm so thankful someone recommended we meet with Ginger after we had to fire other attorney's. I will agree she sometimes doesn't get back with me right away and it's always her assistant that answers but I am not her only case and it was the same way with multiple other attorneys that were not fighting like she does. If the matter is truly urgent she does return the call or at least have her assistant call back with a response in her place in a timely manner. She is knowledgeable and works hard to represent her clients and has done an outstanding job for us and I will never recommend anyone else.
